May 4th - "Who left the bag of idiots open"

I have to admit, I'm not sure I've ever heard this statement before but it feels very appropriate for a Friday!  Gotta love the Tim Holtz's snarky sticker package.  Idiot isn't really a word I use often and when I hear it, I tend to cringe.  (Could that be the Southerner in me?!)  Actually, I don't believe I was ever a fan of that word.  However, there are many times during any given week where I do wonder where some people came from and... when are they going back?  I guess todays Carrie Elle journal prompt 'The privilege of a lifetime is being who your are' could be quite appropriate.

Anywho, it's Friday and I'm looking forward to a quiet crafty weekend at home with Sean and the cats.  I need to finish up a few Mother's Day Cards and gifts and get those in the mail Monday.  So, as I sit here and sip my peach tea from my Connecticut Slogans Dunkin Donuts mug, I ponder the journal prompt of the day 'The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are.'  I do like my snarky self.
